HRIS Engineer – BI, OTBI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and enhance our Oracle HCM instance to ensure smooth integration processes;

• Configure, design, and support Oracle HCM to effectively address business needs;

• Utilize fast formulas, SQL, and data analysis tools to produce reports and integrate HR applications;

• Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for extensive data integration while ensuring data integrity;

• Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend and translate business requirements into effective solutions;

• Create detailed end-user and technical documentation;

• Conduct application training sessions;

• Attend to projects based on stakeholder demands and expectations;

• Work closely with the HR team to coordinate data loads efficiently;

• Partner with other technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve identified integration issues;

• Ensure successful implementation of system releases and updates;

• Perform security reviews and implement necessary controls;

• Provide support to HR stakeholders as required

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM, including expertise in Global Human Resources, Talent Management, and Compensation;

• Demonstrated proficiency in Oracle BI, BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts;

• Familiarity with Redwood UX and Visual Builder;

• Experience managing HCM implementations and upgrades;

• Experienced in working with Oracle HCM in large, tiered environments (Dev, Test, Prod), with an understanding of process parametrization across different environments;

• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously;

• A collaborative team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

• AI literacy and proven experience in creating and utilizing AI tools and agents;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
