HRIS Engineer – BI, OTBI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and enhance our Oracle HCM instance to guarantee smooth integration processes;

• Configure, design, and support Oracle HCM to effectively address business needs;

• Employ fast formulas, SQL, and data analysis tools to produce reports and integrate HR applications;

• Create scalable, efficient, and automated processes for large-scale data integration, ensuring data integrity;

• Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend and translate business requirements into effective solutions;

• Generate comprehensive end-user and technical documentation;

• Facilitate application training sessions;

• Attend to projects based on the demands and expectations of stakeholders;

• Work closely with the HR team to manage data loads efficiently;

• Partner with other technical teams to diagnose and resolve identified integration issues;

• Ensure the successful implementation of system releases and updates;

• Conduct security reviews and establish necessary controls;

• Provide support to HR stakeholders as required

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of practical Oracle HCM experience, with expertise in Global Human Resources, Talent Management, and Compensation;

• Demonstrated proficiency in Oracle BI, BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts;

• Familiarity with Redwood UX and Visual Builder;

• Experience with handling HCM implementations and upgrades;

• Experience working with Oracle HCM in large, tiered environments (Development, Testing, Production), with an understanding of process parameterization across different environments;

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;

• Team-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities;

• Literacy in AI and proven experience in creating and utilizing AI tools and agents;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
