HRIS Engineer – BI, OTBI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and enhance our Oracle HCM instance to ensure seamless integration processes;

• Configure, design, and support Oracle HCM to effectively fulfill business requirements;

• Employ fast formulas, SQL, and data analysis tools to create reports and integrate HR applications;

• Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for large-scale data integration while ensuring data integrity;

• Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend and translate business needs into effective solutions;

• Create detailed end-user and technical documentation;

• Facilitate application training sessions;

• Attend to projects based on stakeholders' demands and expectations;

• Work closely with the HR team to manage data loads effectively;

• Collaborate with other technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve identified integration issues;

• Ensure the successful implementation of system releases and updates;

• Conduct security reviews and implement necessary controls;

• Provide support to HR stakeholders as required;

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM, including expertise in Global Human Resources, Talent Management, and Compensation;

• Demonstrated proficiency in Oracle BI, BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts;

• Experience with Redwood UX and Visual Builder;

• Background in managing HCM implementations and upgrades;

• Familiarity with Oracle HCM in large, tiered environments (Development, Testing, Production), with an understanding of process parameterization across different environments;

• Ability to multi-task while managing multiple projects;

• Team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

• AI literacy and proven experience in creating and utilizing AI tools and agents;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
