• Act as the main point of contact for Workday support tickets, handling and resolving Tier 1 inquiries related to navigation, self-service transactions, data updates, and access queries.
• Forward complex or configuration-level issues to senior HRIS Analysts, ensuring clear documentation of the issue, steps taken, and suggested resolution path.
• Establish and maintain a Workday support knowledge base, FAQs, and job aids to facilitate self-service and decrease ticket volume over time.
• Assist employees and managers in completing Workday business processes, including onboarding, job transitions, separations, and performance tasks.
• Accurately process routine HRIS transactions following established procedures, including position management, worker data modifications, and organizational assignments.
• Perform regular audits of HR data to identify and rectify data quality issues, duplicate records, and missing information.

• Aid in mass data loads and system uploads under the supervision of senior analysts.
• Generate standard reports to fulfill recurring and ad hoc HR data requests from HR Business Partners, Payroll, and leadership.
• Engage in system release testing by executing assigned test scripts and documenting outcomes.
• Actively identify friction points in HRIS processes, support workflows, and employee-facing transactions, and propose ideas to enhance clarity, efficiency, or the end-user experience.

• 1–3 years of experience in an HRIS, HR Operations, or HR Shared Services setting.
• Strong attention to detail with a proven record of accurate, high-quality data entry and transaction processing.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate proactively in a fast-paced, remote environment.

• Health insurance
• 401(k) retirement plan
