This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Define and uphold global HR data standards across various areas including Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central, Compensation, Learning, and Performance.
• Establish required fields, validations, and data controls tailored by country and legal entity.
• Design and conduct regular audits for data quality and generate exception reports.
• Monitor the consistency of data across integrated systems and their downstream consumers.
• Take ownership of documenting end-to-end HR processes in SuccessFactors.
• Identify gaps in processes, manual workarounds, and compliance risks.
• Collaborate with HR Ops, Payroll, Finance, and IT to enhance process efficiency.
• Serve as the point of escalation for any data and process-related concerns.
• Configure and oversee: Business Rules, Business Configuration UI settings, and Role-Based Permissions (ensuring data protection and compliance).
• Ensure that SuccessFactors mandates correct data entry practices (moving beyond reliance on training alone).
• Support the global rollout of enhancements and new country implementations.
• Build and sustain data quality dashboards along with health metrics.
• Provide insights regarding recurring issues and their root causes.
• Assist People Analytics and leadership reporting by guaranteeing trusted data.
• Collaborate with HRIS, AMS partners, and core leads to enhance data maturity.
• Experience working with HRIS platforms, particularly with hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong proficiency in Employee Central.
• Demonstrated experience managing data quality within global HR systems.
• In-depth understanding of HR data structures and HR lifecycle processes.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
