πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Serve as the HR Strategic Change Partner for designated markets, medical groups, shared services, and innovation clients.

β€’ Act as a strategic HR advisor to the leadership team while collaborating with HR COEs to develop strategic solutions for clients.

β€’ Strive for exceptional outcomes and results.

β€’ Collaborate with HR COEs to implement HR programs in the local market and take charge of establishing a successful change strategy for the market and leadership teams.

β€’ Provide guidance to COEs on the change strategy.

β€’ Focus on strategic solutions for turnover mitigation, retention efforts, and workforce planning COE assignments centered on market workforce strategies.

β€’ Lead organization-wide projects involving organizational design, identifying interventions and strategic solutions, managing change planning for assigned projects, and developing communication plans.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree.

β€’ Master's degree is preferred.

β€’ Over 5 years of experience in HR with a demonstrated career trajectoryβ€”must possess knowledge of HR labor laws and various facets of Human Resources (leave process, FMLA, EEOC, Title VII, compensation requirements).

β€’ At least 7 years of experience in Business/Healthcare with a proven career advancement.

β€’ Proficient in advanced Microsoft applications.

β€’ Ability to interpret data and information effectively.

β€’ Utilize online tools efficiently for work purposes.

β€’ Understand business context and operations.

β€’ Maintain detailed tracking.

β€’ Develop organizational design and change management plans.

β€’ Create, document, and visually present strategies.

β€’ Analyze information to formulate recommendations.

β€’ Possess influencing skills and the ability to foster buy-in.

β€’ Exhibit critical thinking abilities.

β€’ Demonstrate teamwork and leadership skills.

β€’ Identify root causes effectively.

β€’ Build relationships and partnerships at all organizational levels.

β€’ Excellent communication skills suitable for executive-level interactions.
