This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Management and further development of the company-wide payroll system LOGA for centralized payroll processing and our facilities.
• Ensuring a stable, efficient, and reliable system operation within the payroll environment.
• Analyzing, assessing, and addressing system-related inquiries from payroll processing and the facilities.
• Implementing legal, collective, and organizational requirements, as well as supporting releases, testing, and technical advancements.
• Managing and optimizing interfaces to adjacent payroll and financial systems, along with assisting in data quality checks.
• Contributing to evaluations, user training, and company-wide payroll IT and digitization projects.
• Completed commercial training, a degree, or a comparable qualification related to payroll processing, business, or IT.
• Professional experience in payroll or payroll processing and familiarity with the processes involved in monthly payroll.
• Practical knowledge of LOGA or a similar payroll system is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of legal and collective requirements in payroll processing.
• Enthusiasm for analyzing, optimizing, and developing system-supported payroll processes.
