HR Specialist – Global HR Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee and improve platform performance to enhance the end-user experience and streamline overall business process workflows.

• Partner with business stakeholders to collect requirements, evaluate platform functionalities, and communicate system constraints and areas for enhancement.

• Design, configure, and document platform upgrades, ensuring they align with business goals and follow best practices.

• Manage development and testing activities, including unit testing, user acceptance testing, integration testing, and regression testing, to ensure successful deployment.

• Identify and execute system and process enhancements to boost efficiency, effectiveness, and data integrity.

• Address user requests, resolving technical issues related to workflows, security, and interfaces to facilitate problem-solving.

• Develop test scripts, engage in user acceptance testing, and create training materials to support end-user training and adoption.

• Share specialized functional and technical expertise to enhance team skills and ensure seamless platform operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline (preferred).

• Experience in an HR systems or HR operations setting.

• Familiarity with HR technology platforms, including cloud-based HR systems.

• Proven experience in supporting system updates, testing, or implementations.
