This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Facilitate recruitment and onboarding procedures in close collaboration with Hiring Managers.
• Assist in employer branding and employee engagement efforts, including overseeing the internship program.
• Organize learning and development initiatives, encompassing the management of training records and administration within the learning management system.
• Aid in the maintenance and updating of HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations to align with legal obligations and organizational standards.
• Offer guidance and day-to-day advisory support on employee-related issues, ensuring adherence to labor laws, internal policies, and HR best practices.
• Generate HR reports and analyze data related to personnel.
• Provide HR administrative assistance and collaborate with HR teams to ensure seamless people processes.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, ideally with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, or roles as an HR specialist or generalist.
• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural talent for building trust, engaging employees, and communicating effectively at all levels.
• High level of empathy coupled with a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with HR systems (preferably Workday) and proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong command of English and Polish, both spoken and written.
