HR Solution Specialist, Payroll & Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assumption of payroll management for a defined group of employees

• Responsibility for the payroll workstream of an integration project

• Analysis of complex site-specific regulations and derivation of relevant requirements for the payroll system landscape

• Strategic transition and realignment of payroll processes

• Collaboration with SAP IT consultants for the design, specification, and implementation of technical adjustments

• Planning, prioritization, and management of project work packages

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed commercial training, ideally complemented by further education as a personnel specialist or certified payroll accountant, or a completed commercial degree

• Several years of professional experience in German payroll processing

• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written

• Experience working with SAP

• Strong IT affinity and interest in digital processes

• Willingness to travel
