πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Act as the main point of contact for the HR Services inbox by managing employee and client inquiries, addressing routine questions, and escalating more complex issues when necessary.

β€’ Assist with payroll administration by reviewing timesheets, verifying payroll data, reconciling benefit deductions, preparing retirement contribution files, and identifying discrepancies prior to payroll processing.

β€’ Manage employee benefits, which includes handling enrollments, qualifying life events, invoice reconciliation, resolving carrier issues, conducting benefits audits, and ongoing maintenance to ensure the accuracy of employee elections and deductions.

β€’ Facilitate the implementation, management, and continuous enhancement of HR programs, technology platforms, and operational initiatives, including HRIS implementations, performance management programs, and other client projects.

β€’ Organize HR projects by monitoring milestones, following up with stakeholders, documenting processes, maintaining standard operating procedures, and ensuring that implementation activities stay on track.

β€’ Review HR, payroll, benefits, and HRIS data to detect discrepancies, investigate root causes, suggest corrective measures, and uphold data integrity across systems.

β€’ Generate reports, dashboards, workforce metrics, and supporting documentation for client meetings, compliance activities, audits, and operational decision-making.

β€’ Assist with multi-state employment administration by managing state tax registrations, unemployment accounts, payroll tax setup, local jurisdiction registrations, and related employment requirements for clients operating in various jurisdictions.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

β€’ At least five (5) years of progressive experience in roles such as HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, HR Generalist, HR Operations, or similar positions that support HR operations in a professional setting.

β€’ Proven experience in payroll administration, employee benefits, HRIS, and HR operational processes, including system implementations or process enhancements.
