HR Services Manager, Dutch Labor Law

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Serve as the primary contact for all HR-related inquiries throughout the employee life cycle.

β€’ Collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure effective onboarding for all new GEO employees.

β€’ Actively support the execution of all HR processes, including handbooks, policies, practices, and procedures, while ensuring compliance with legal standards.

β€’ Create and manage various employment contracts (for Starters, Leavers, Extensions, and employment transfers) to ensure they meet legal requirements.

β€’ Oversee complex HR projects and issues involving Workers and Clients, including Performance Management, terminations, and employment transfers.

β€’ Provide guidance to clients regarding employee career advancements, promotions, and salary evaluations.

β€’ Manage the offboarding process for employees (both voluntary and involuntary) as well as retirement cases.

β€’ Offer advice and support to Management on HR-related duties.

β€’ Implement and update HR policies, procedures, and working conditions while ensuring their effective communication and compliance.

β€’ Maintain employee personal data in accordance with local regulations.

β€’ Engage in various projects as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

β€’ Proactively identify process gaps and recommend or implement necessary changes to mitigate risks.

β€’ Regularly update the Team and Line Management on employment law matters.

β€’ Provide continuous guidance and support to internal teams, including Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Line Management, as requested.

β€’ Collaborate with relevant benefit providers to offer legally compliant benefit packages for all employees and provide benefit costing updates to Supply Chain and Line Management.

β€’ Oversee the monthly payroll for all employees in conjunction with our local payroll partner, ensuring compliance with legal standards.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 3-5 years of experience in Dutch local Labor Law.

β€’ Proven expertise in HR and managing employment terminations.

β€’ Proficient in both Dutch and English languages.

β€’ Extensive experience in providing guidance on complex Employment Relations matters.

β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

β€’ Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, and ability to collaborate effectively.
