This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
β’ Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries throughout the employee life cycle and ensure effective onboarding for new GEO employees.
β’ Assist in the implementation of HR processes, including handbooks, policies, and procedures.
β’ Maintain legal compliance in all facets of HR operations.
β’ Aid in the creation and upkeep of various employment contracts.
β’ Work in conjunction with the HR Services Manager on intricate HR projects and issues.
β’ Participate in offboarding activities, encompassing voluntary and involuntary exits as well as retirements.
β’ Collaborate with relevant benefit providers to ensure legally compliant benefit packages for employees.
β’ Provide assistance with payroll-related tasks as required.
β’ Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations, HR Shared Services, or a comparable HR support role.
β’ Solid understanding of Swedish labor and employment laws.
β’ Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
β’ Familiarity with employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and leave management.
β’ Experience in a global or matrixed organization is advantageous.
β’ Proficient in HRIS platforms, with familiarity in Salesforce being a plus.
β’ Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
β’ Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
β’ Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
β’ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are crucial for engaging with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
