This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Efficiently identify and resolve inquiries related to HR, payroll, benefits, and Workday; formulate effective solutions while documenting all interactions in the HR System.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with HRIS, HRBPs, payroll, benefits, and employee relations teams to escalate intricate tickets and issues.

• Talent Acquisition Support: Work alongside Talent Acquisition on offer processes and aid in troubleshooting recruiting systems.

• Workday Administration: Deliver expert support for employee and leader transactions within the Workday platform.

• Regional Process Expertise: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of HR processes and procedures across all countries supported in the region.

• Quality Assurance: Evaluate personal work and that of peers to guarantee quality, accuracy, and relevance.

• Stakeholder Communication: Employ clear and structured communication to influence and engage with colleagues and employees.

• Compliance & Audits: Assist in the collection and updating of information for both internal and external audits.

• Confidentiality: Ensure all employee information is handled with the utmost confidentiality.

• Project Support: Provide assistance for special HR initiatives and company-wide projects as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience in HR, Workday, payroll, or benefits.

• A commitment to excellence in client service, including the proactive anticipation of needs.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

• Experience in supporting remote employee populations or working in Shared Service settings.

• Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills.

• Capability to work independently from a home office environment.

• Proficiency in Workday is preferred.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

• Experience with Fresh Service or ServiceNow is advantageous.

• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
