HR Process Automation, AI Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete HR process automation portfolio from start to finish.

• Identify and prioritize opportunities for AI and automation throughout the HR process landscape.

• Execute process mapping, diagnostics, and process mining to reveal inefficiencies and assess improvement potential.

• Develop, implement, and maintain AI- and RPA-enabled solutions to enhance workflows and elevate data quality, controls, and cycle times.

• Establish governance, performance metrics, and portfolio review procedures.

• Collaborate with HR, IT, Data Privacy, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve measurable business results.

• Report directly to the Director of Process & Policy Excellence.

• Assist HR operations across Veralto's global organization as a member of the Global HR Shared Services team.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS/BEng degree or equivalent, or a minimum of 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, IT, business process management, or related corporate services.

• Proven experience in leading the deployment and adoption of AI, RPA, and process mining within an HR or corporate services context.

• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, create business cases, implement AI-enabled solutions, and deliver measurable business results.

• Strong skills in process mapping, governance, continuous improvement, and stakeholder influence.

• Familiarity with Workday or a similar HRIS platform.

• Proficiency in English with the capability to communicate effectively among global and regional stakeholder groups.
