HR People Services Specialist, French Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for employees and management for HR-related questions through a Case Management System and Live Chat.

• Assist global leaders with intricate inquiries pertaining to Workday, recruitment, compensation, and performance assessment.

• Deliver customer service to EMEA employees and leaders concerning payroll, benefits, leave management, document creation, and other related inquiries.

• Address requests swiftly in accordance with established procedures.

• Comprehend customer issues and ensure that required actions are taken to resolve them.

• Resolve a significant proportion of inquiries during the first interaction by utilizing the knowledge base and Desk Side Procedures.

• Offer HR administrative assistance for Switzerland and Spain.

• Collaborate with other HR teams.

• Identify solutions for trends or inefficiencies and participate in global projects.

• Accurately and promptly process HR transactions.

• Assess work requests and determine the appropriate priority and resolution.

• Work alongside HR functional areas to achieve work objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree.

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing Human Resources role.

• Proficient in English and French.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong customer focus, diligence, and attention to detail.

• Good time management and organizational capabilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Experience with Workday or ServiceNow is advantageous.

• Basic knowledge and understanding of AI tools.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Advanced decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
