HR People Services Specialist – French Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for employees and management regarding HR-related questions through a Case Management System and Live Chat.

• Assist global leaders with intricate inquiries related to Workday, recruitment, compensation, and performance management.

• Offer customer service to EMEA employees and leaders concerning payroll, benefits, leave management, and document generation.

• Manage requests in accordance with established procedures and resolve issues promptly.

• Achieve a high rate of request resolution at the first point of contact by utilizing the knowledge base and Desk Side Procedures.

• Provide HR administrative assistance for Switzerland and Spain.

• Collaborate with other HR teams.

• Identify solutions for trends or inefficiencies and participate in global projects.

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR transactions and deliver excellent customer service to internal clients.

• Assess work requests and establish appropriate priority and resolution paths.

• Collaborate with various HR functional areas to achieve work objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer-facing Human Resources roles.

• Proficient in both English and French.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer orientation, diligence, and attention to detail.

• Effective time management and organizational abilities.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Basic understanding of AI tools.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Advanced decision-making and problem-solving proficiency.
