This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Oversee the complete cycle of people management processes, including onboarding and adaptation, performance evaluations, probation period oversight, and termination of agreements.
• Develop and implement new initiatives related to HR operations, including the creation of new Practices & Programs, automation and optimization of HR processes, drafting Policies and Procedures, and managing and analyzing People Analytics.
• Integrate and enhance existing HR processes while contributing to the improvement of team members’ experience flows.
• Ensure comprehension and adherence to HR policies.
• Collaborate closely with management and staff to strengthen work relationships, foster a high-performance culture, and develop retention strategies.
• Provide guidance to team members regarding HR administrative inquiries, supplying necessary information through available resources.
• Implement and oversee surveys and data analysis (eNPS, reporting, etc.).
• Actively assist Team Leads and Operation Managers in establishing and managing high-performing teams, helping to identify and resolve issues before they impact team performance.
• Establish and maintain trustworthy relationships with team members, proactively engaging with them and being available when needed.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related staff inquiries.
• Conduct regular feedback sessions and performance evaluations.
• Manage the semiannual performance reviews for team members, probation assessments, and conduct 1-on-1 meetings with supervisors to monitor engagement and satisfaction levels.
• Participate in personal development planning for team members, including Performance Improvement Planning and promotions.
• Address complex people relations issues and resolve grievances.
• Provide cross-location support in setting up and utilizing company HR tools.
• Collaborate with the team to organize corporate events and engagement activities.
• Manage the benefits package.
• Prepare announcements for effective internal communication within the Europe location.
• Review, moderate existing channels, and initiate the creation of new internal community channels.
• Facilitate activities in internal local channels, track effectiveness and results, and work on necessary improvements.
• Manage the internal communication calendar for the Europe location.
• Assist in the facilitation of monthly general meetings for the Europe team, including the creation of presentations, preparation of hosts, quizzes, and other relevant materials to ensure engaging and informative sessions.
• Engage in projects aimed at optimizing and enhancing internal communication, engagement, and recognition.
• Coach Supervisors with strategies to improve engagement within their teams.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Human Resources or People Management role.
• Additional experience in internal communication or HR branding (both internal and external) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS), preferably BambooHR.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft services, particularly Excel.
• Experience working with large volumes of data, including extraction and analysis.
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
