This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Take charge of the entire employee lifecycle, encompassing onboarding, performance management, development, retention, and offboarding.
• Perform regular one-on-one check-ins to assess engagement, well-being, and performance, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks such as burnout, low performance, and retention issues.
• Collaborate closely with Department Heads and Team Leads to enhance team effectiveness, boost performance, and resolve intricate personnel matters.
• Spearhead and assist in leadership and team development initiatives to cultivate strong managerial capabilities.
• Evaluate HR metrics and convert data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
• Aid in compensation and performance review processes to ensure fairness, consistency, and alignment with business objectives.
• Continuously refine and optimize HR processes, frameworks, and internal policies.
• Contribute to strategic HR initiatives and cross-functional projects that support organizational growth and scaling.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Manager, HR People Partner, or in a comparable HR role.
• Proficient in English.
• Practical experience managing the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, performance reviews, retention, and offboarding.
• Strong grasp of performance management and employee motivation principles.
• Exceptional communication skills with the capability to effectively engage with managers and employees at all levels.
• Comfortable working with HR data, metrics, and reports, with the ability to make informed decisions based on insights.
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a high degree of responsibility and ownership.
