This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire employee lifecycle, encompassing onboarding, performance management, development, retention, and offboarding.

• Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins to assess engagement, well-being, and performance, while proactively identifying and addressing potential risks such as burnout, low performance, and retention concerns.

• Collaborate closely with Department Heads and Team Leads to enhance team effectiveness, boost performance, and resolve complex personnel issues.

• Lead and facilitate leadership and team development initiatives aimed at strengthening managerial competencies.

• Analyze HR metrics and convert data into actionable insights and strategic business recommendations.

• Assist in the compensation and performance review processes, ensuring fairness, consistency, and alignment with business objectives.

• Continuously enhance and optimize HR processes, frameworks, and internal policies.

• Contribute to strategic HR initiatives and cross-functional projects that support organizational growth and scaling.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Manager, HR People Partner, or in a comparable HR role.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Practical experience in managing the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, performance reviews, retention, and offboarding.

• Strong grasp of performance management and employee motivation principles.

• Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with managers and employees across all levels.

• Confidence in working with HR data, metrics, and reports, along with the ability to make informed decisions based on insights.

• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.

• - Experience in coaching or mentoring.
