This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lebanon.
• Assist in ensuring that employees experience a seamless and positive journey from onboarding through their daily activities with Azurreo.
• Draft employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and other HR documentation.
• Maintain precise employee records and personnel files.
• Oversee contract renewals and probationary periods.
• Monitor employee leave balances and HR-related metrics.
• Aid in the preparation and validation of monthly payroll.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for employee inquiries and requests.
• Follow up on HR-related questions to guarantee prompt responses.
• Organize onboarding processes for new team members.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and experience.
• Assist in refining and optimizing HR processes.
• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in HR, administration, operations, coordination, customer support, office management, or similar roles.
• Proficient in both English and Arabic.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Capability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• High degree of discretion and professionalism.
• Proficiency in French (Nice to Have).
• Prior experience in HR or People Operations (Nice to Have).
• Experience in multicultural or international settings (Nice to Have).
• Work remotely with international teams across various countries.
