This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Facilitate one-on-one meetings with team members.
• Maintain and update internal tools and documentation (such as Notion, spreadsheets, etc.).
• Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Oversee employee documentation (including contracts, time off, leaves, etc.).
• Aid in recruitment processes (coordinating screenings and following up with candidates).
• Contribute to internal communication efforts (e.g., newsletters).
• Organize team events, meetings, and internal initiatives, including vendor coordination.
• Monitor tasks and ensure that deadlines are adhered to.
• A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of practical experience in HR, People Operations, Recruitment, or People Care roles.
• Familiarity with supporting recruitment processes, organizing events or internal initiatives, and handling HR administrative tasks (including contracts, time off, and employee records).
• Proficiency in English (B2+ level).
• Fully remote work option available (for residents of Argentina or Uruguay).
• Part-time schedule: 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday (afternoons preferred).
