This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Independently manage the German payroll from start to finish in accordance with established standards and client specifications, including all related payroll responsibilities.

• Oversee and control ticket queues utilizing the appropriate tools to ensure timely handling of tickets, preventing them from exceeding expected limits.

• Recognize deviations from standard service offerings and take appropriate action, including identifying and supporting opportunities for change requests.

• Capable of acknowledging and appropriately handling sensitive and confidential information.

• Generate and comprehend both standard and client-specific payroll reports, including requirements for statutory year-end reporting.

• Review and confirm data accuracy and completeness, initiating corrections according to established standards.

• Respond to inquiries and requests related to German payroll.

• Facilitate clear knowledge transfers to colleagues.

• Assist in managing system maintenance testing.

• Aid in coordinating and resolving technical issues.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislative requirements, system updates, changes, and overall payroll processes.

• Participate in projects and activities as required and assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately 2-3 years of relevant experience in Payroll administration within an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing, or corporate setting.

• Strong understanding of various inputs and outputs, including third-party interfaces, timekeeping, tax filing/compliance, benefits, and other critical areas integrated with payroll.

• Proficient in both English and German (minimum B2 level).

• Ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.

• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Flexibility to thrive in a global and fast-paced environment.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-motivated with a readiness to learn.

• Capability to collaborate effectively in a team environment as well as work independently while adhering to established processes and procedures.
