This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Compiling payroll lists
• Determining salaries
• Generating PIT reports and settlement documentation for ZUS
• Revising and upholding procedures and documentation related to the payroll process per guidelines
• Engaging in intriguing payroll-related projects
• A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a payroll-related role
• Strong understanding of Polish payroll legislation
• Proficient in English (at least B1 level)
• Knowledge of social insurance
• Familiarity with SAP and advanced skills in MS Excel
• High level of autonomy in task execution
• Experience with Płatnik software
• Ability to think critically and collaborate effectively in a team
• Option to work remotely
