This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Manage the onboarding process for employees from start to finish, including I-9 verification and system setup.
• Maintain and update employee files, documentation, and performance records.
• Review resumes of candidates and assist with the search when necessary.
• Support payroll setup, direct deposit information, and timekeeping documentation.
• Assist employees with access to workforce management and payroll systems.
• Ensure the accuracy of payroll and human resources data while securely handling confidential information.
• Respond to calls and emails related to employee human resources and management inquiries.
• Serve as a neutral point of contact for employee questions or concerns.
• Escalate relevant issues to management when appropriate.
• Maintain professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive human resources matters.
• 2+ years of experience in human resources administration, payroll management, or operational support.
• Hands-on experience with onboarding, employee documentation, and payroll processes.
• Familiarity with human resources management systems (HRIS) or workforce management tools.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes in the U.S.
• Comfort in assisting employees with system access, logins, and documentation workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable managing multiple administrative tasks.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and employee support orientation.
• Proven ability to handle confidential human resources and payroll information securely.
