This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• **RESPONSIBILITIES:**
• Oversee daily HR and payroll operations.
• Accurately process and manage billing and payroll utilizing Xero.
• Prepare, review, and uphold employee and contractor agreements, ensuring proper formatting and documentation.
• Assist in the development and management of contracts, focusing on compliance and legal standards.
• Keep precise employee records, payroll information, and HR documentation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to guarantee timely handling of payroll, invoices, and contract-related activities.
• Provide general HR administrative assistance and contribute to process enhancements.
• **QUALIFICATIONS:**
• Demonstrated experience as an HR Assistant, Payroll Assistant, or in a comparable HR/payroll support position.
• Strong practical experience with Xero for payroll and/or billing functions.
• Prior work experience in AU and/or NZ, preferably supporting Australian or New Zealand enterprises.
• Familiarity with contract administration, including knowledge of contract legality and formatting.
• Solid understanding of HR and payroll practices and processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting while managing multiple tasks effectively.
