⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources.

• Experience in employee relations.

• Knowledge of payroll and tax regulations.

• Familiarity with a broad spectrum of human resource practices, including compliance, leave management, benefits management, and vendor relationships.

• Ideally, a strong understanding of both Canadian and U.S. HR practices.

• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.

• Capacity to conduct oneself with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

• Comprehensive knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.

• Effective time management skills with a strong capacity to prioritize tasks.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, open, and entrepreneurial work environment.
