This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Ensure precise and confidential record-keeping within the HRIS system (ADP Workforce Now).
• Oversee the orientation and onboarding processes for newly hired team members.
• Organize cross-functional teams to create outstanding first-day experiences.
• Administer off-boarding processes, which include documentation and conducting exit surveys.
• Assist in managing the company's benefit plans and leaves of absence.
• Oversee payroll processing and maintain employee records.
• Manage the monthly scorecard program for property team members.
• Contribute to the development of the team member handbook and policies.
• Support employee relations initiatives and compliance audits.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in a related HR position.
• Proficient understanding of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong foundational knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, with experience in Power Automate considered a plus.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) is highly preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Experience with emerging technologies and workflow automations, with a keen interest in AI.
• Demonstrated proactive ownership and problem-solving capabilities.
