This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
β’ Assist in recruitment efforts by screening candidates, organizing interviews, and keeping candidate records up to date.
β’ Monitor and document employee write-ups and disciplinary actions.
β’ Ensure accurate tracking, review, and approval of payroll hours.
β’ Work collaboratively with management to address payroll-related issues.
β’ Maintain employee records and HR documentation in alignment with company policies.
β’ Provide support for ongoing HR administrative tasks and management of employee records.
β’ Oversee and manage vehicle registrations and licensing obligations.
β’ Keep track of compliance deadlines, renewal timelines, and necessary documentation.
β’ Ensure accurate maintenance of compliance records and supporting documents.
β’ 1β2 years of experience in HR administration, office operations, compliance support, or similar administrative roles.
β’ Experience in supporting recruitment activities, candidate coordination, or scheduling interviews.
β’ Proven experience in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
β’ Background in payroll tracking, payroll administration, or payroll coordination tasks.
β’ Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
β’ Capability to manage various priorities and deadlines concurrently.
β’ Strong knowledge of recordkeeping and compliance-related procedures.
