This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee the entire onboarding process for new employees, ensuring an efficient and enjoyable experience.
• Maintain regular communication with both new and existing team members to foster engagement and retention.
• Develop and sustain robust relationships with colleagues throughout the organization.
• Organize onboarding timelines, necessary documentation, and access to systems.
• Employ tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.) to manage records and streamline workflows.
• Serve as a contact point for HR-related inquiries from personnel.
• Assist with HR administrative duties, which include maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance documentation.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to guarantee that onboarding procedures are effective and current.
• Track onboarding progress and follow up to confirm the completion of all required steps.
• Demonstrated experience in an HR or onboarding capacity, ideally in a staff-facing setting.
• Significant professional experience showcasing reliability and accountability.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to establish and maintain relationships.
• Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in using Google Workspace and other digital tools.
• Capacity to work independently and proactively solve problems.
• Detail-oriented with strong administrative skills.
• Flexibility to work U.S. hours.
