This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
β’ Take charge of the planning, implementation, and service delivery for the Lifecycle Time & Attendance team.
β’ Navigate and provide guidance on the complex pathways of global employment.
β’ Integrate state-of-the-art technology solutions to enhance customer experiences.
β’ Mentor, coach, and develop direct reports to cultivate a high-performing T&A team.
β’ Promote a positive team culture across international borders.
β’ Lead performance management initiatives and oversee evaluations.
β’ Drive the recruitment, training, and supervision of the regional team.
β’ Act as a subject matter expert on intricate Time & Attendance issues.
β’ Collaborate across various domains to improve T&A processes.
β’ Enhance and streamline the processes of the Lifecycle T&A team.
β’ Hands-on experience in people management with a strong coaching approach.
β’ Proven history of working in HR Operations across multiple countries.
β’ Extensive knowledge of Time & Attendance issues.
β’ Familiarity with wage/hour compliance and managing policy discrepancies under labor laws in the APAC region.
β’ Experience in a fast-paced, international, scale-up environment.
β’ Comfortable operating within a service level environment (SLAs/KPIs).
β’ Proficient with digital tools aimed at process optimization and automation.
β’ Fluent in English.
β’ Capable of managing and safeguarding employee data and confidential information.
