HR Manager, Lifecycle Time & Attendance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the planning, implementation, and service delivery for the Lifecycle Time & Attendance team.

• Navigate and provide guidance on the complex pathways of global employment.

• Integrate state-of-the-art technology solutions to enhance customer experiences.

• Mentor, coach, and develop direct reports to cultivate a high-performing T&A team.

• Promote a positive team culture across international borders.

• Lead performance management initiatives and oversee evaluations.

• Drive the recruitment, training, and supervision of the regional team.

• Act as a subject matter expert on intricate Time & Attendance issues.

• Collaborate across various domains to improve T&A processes.

• Enhance and streamline the processes of the Lifecycle T&A team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hands-on experience in people management with a strong coaching approach.

• Proven history of working in HR Operations across multiple countries.

• Extensive knowledge of Time & Attendance issues.

• Familiarity with wage/hour compliance and managing policy discrepancies under labor laws in the APAC region.

• Experience in a fast-paced, international, scale-up environment.

• Comfortable operating within a service level environment (SLAs/KPIs).

• Proficient with digital tools aimed at process optimization and automation.

• Fluent in English.

• Capable of managing and safeguarding employee data and confidential information.
