This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in candidate sourcing through active engagement on job posting websites

• Design Canva graphics for job advertisements

• Evaluate resumes

• Oversee and manage the recruitment process from initiation to completion

• Maintain and oversee internal control spreadsheets and job posting platforms

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program in Psychology or Human Resources

• Possess the required equipment (desktop or laptop and a stable internet connection)

• Capability to work with a sense of urgency

• Highly organized

• Resilient

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Eagerness to learn about recruitment and selection processes
