This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Advertise and oversee job vacancies on various hiring platforms.
β’ Identify, evaluate, and compile a shortlist of candidates for available positions.
β’ Perform preliminary candidate screening calls.
β’ Organize assessments and coordinate interview schedules.
β’ Keep recruitment trackers and candidate databases up to date.
β’ Assist with employer branding and other HR initiatives as required.
β’ Leverage AI tools to develop sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and manage the application tracking system.
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
β’ Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
β’ Genuine interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
β’ Knowledge of AI tools.
β’ Self-motivated, enthusiastic about learning, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and Google Workspace.
β’ Acquire practical experience in comprehensive recruitment processes.
β’ Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business executives.
β’ Understand the workings of talent acquisition within a growing fintech company.
