HR Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Advertise and oversee job vacancies on various hiring platforms.

• Identify, evaluate, and compile a shortlist of candidates for available positions.

• Perform preliminary candidate screening calls.

• Organize assessments and coordinate interview schedules.

• Keep recruitment trackers and candidate databases up to date.

• Assist with employer branding and other HR initiatives as required.

• Leverage AI tools to develop sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and manage the application tracking system.

• Genuine interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.

• Knowledge of AI tools.

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic about learning, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and Google Workspace.
