This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Identify potential candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social media channels, and employee referrals.
β’ Evaluate resumes and shortlist candidates according to job specifications.
β’ Organize interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
β’ Keep recruitment trackers and databases of candidates updated.
β’ Assist in the development and distribution of job descriptions across various platforms.
β’ Aid in the onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
β’ Help manage employee records and HR documentation.
β’ Contribute to employee engagement, internal communication, and HR initiatives.
β’ Currently pursuing or having recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
β’ Strong organizational and coordination capabilities.
β’ Prior experience with LinkedIn and recruitment practices is preferred.
β’ Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office applications.
β’ Self-driven, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about learning.
β’ Capable of thriving in a dynamic startup environment.
