This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Serving as the primary point of contact for everyday HR inquiries, providing helpful and precise advice.
β’ Assisting with a broad array of HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle, such as onboarding, contract modifications, and exits.
β’ Drafting offer letters, contracts, and other HR-related documents.
β’ Maintaining HR systems and employee records to ensure they are current, accurate, and confidential.
β’ Facilitating onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
β’ Helping with minute-taking as required.
β’ Collaborating closely with the broader HR team to provide a consistent and supportive service.
β’ A positive, proactive attitude and a true interest in pursuing a career in HR.
β’ Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
β’ Capability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
β’ A professional and discreet demeanor when managing confidential information.
β’ Strong communication skills with the ability to foster robust working relationships.
