HR Generalist

📋 Description

• Oversee HR administration and maintain personnel data (such as contracts, personnel files, HRIS systems, and time tracking)

• Act as the liaison for payroll, including the preparation, verification, and communication of payroll cycles

• Monitor and manage time tracking to ensure adherence to working time regulations

• Administer the complete employee lifecycle (onboarding, development, and offboarding)

• Independently handle the full recruitment process (job postings, screening, and initial interviews)

• Ensure compliance with employment laws (including the IT collective agreement/IT-KV, working time regulations, and agreements)

• Maintain and enhance HR processes and policies (such as onboarding and performance management)

• Execute HR projects (including employee surveys, employer branding, and compensation topics)

• Serve as the primary contact for employees and managers regarding employment law and organizational issues

• Prepare, analyze, and enhance HR reporting and key performance metrics

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in a generalist HR role

• Strong knowledge of Austrian employment law and ideally the IT collective agreement (IT-KV)

• Experience in recruitment, payroll processes, and HR systems

• Organized, self-directed working style with a strong emphasis on quality

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset

• Business-fluent in German and proficient in English
