This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Provide direct assistance to your Regional People Business Partner and the Global People Ops team.
β’ Execute employee relations initiatives.
β’ Manage contracts and policies.
β’ Oversee compliance administration.
β’ Take ownership of core HR functions and employee mobility.
β’ Handle payroll management.
β’ Administer HRIS systems.
β’ Manage immigration and relocation processes.
β’ Oversee perks and benefits administration.
β’ Manage the employee lifecycle.
β’ Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes.
β’ Provide event support and assistance.
β’ Serve as the first-line support for HR inquiries.
β’ Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an HR (People Ops) Generalist or People Ops Coordinator in a dynamic environment.
β’ Fluency in French and English is required in Canada.
β’ Strong foundational understanding of employment laws in the UK, US, Canada, or Europe.
β’ Hands-on experience in managing and processing payroll for businesses based in the UK, Europe, or Canada.
β’ Experience or comfort in supporting visa sponsorship and employee relocation administration.
β’ Highly organized and reliable individual with a keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
β’ Familiarity with HRIS systems (HiBob experience is preferred).
β’ Support for benefits and compensation.
β’ Management of payroll processes.
