πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Offers daily consultation and support to employees concerning various inquiries and policy-related questions.

β€’ Oversees and maintains employee personnel files, which includes creating new hire files and updating records throughout their employment to ensure that all necessary documentation is collected and stored correctly.

β€’ Aids in collecting and maintaining required leave documentation records; monitors return-to-work dates and status updates.

β€’ Collects data and generates reports for the Operations and HR teams related to leaves and absenteeism.

β€’ Manages the offboarding process for employees, which includes preparing and distributing separation documents, coordinating final pay, updating the HRIS system, and arranging the return of equipment as necessary.

β€’ Supports the management of employee medical and retirement plan enrollments, ensuring that elections, changes, and terminations are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

β€’ Collaborates with internal and external teams to address any issues that may arise.

β€’ Assists with employment relations matters related to attendance issues, performance concerns, and interpersonal conflicts or disputes.

β€’ Completes employment verifications promptly, including responding to requests from third-party agencies, government entities, and financial institutions.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 2 years of prior Human Resources experience is required.

β€’ Prior experience supporting multiple locations and states is essential.

β€’ Experience in government contracting is preferred.

β€’ Must be willing to travel up to 20% of the time.

β€’ Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is necessary.

β€’ Experience in California is an advantage.

β€’ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

β€’ Capability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

β€’ Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills are required.
