This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Assist with the complete recruitment process.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes from start to finish.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives throughout the organization.
• Monitor and celebrate employee work anniversaries (Copperversaries).
• Oversee employee rewards and recognition, from platform management to program execution.
• Maintain groups for employee email distribution.
• Manage the administrative foundation of the Employee Success department.
• Act as the primary calendar manager for the CEO.
• Serve as a vital operational partner to the executive leadership team.
• Coordinate all regular company-wide meetings from start to finish.
• Facilitate the monthly Ask Me Anything (AMA) session with the CEO.
• Assist in the delivery of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) from beginning to end.
• Oversee logistics for Board Meetings comprehensively.
• Provide backup facilitation for the Weekly Playback.
• An innate ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Strong instincts in project management.
• Capability to adapt swiftly when priorities shift.
• A genuine passion for processes.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Clear and confident communication abilities.
• Comfort with a modern tech stack that includes Google Workspace, Slack, Confluence, Lattice, Lever, Rippling, Carta, and Claude.
