📋 Description

• Act as a knowledgeable strategic partner to HR leaders.

• Perform comprehensive discovery sessions with each client.

• Collaborate proactively with the Sales team.

• Offer continuous strategic advisory touchpoints.

• Conduct strategic advisory sessions on key HR topics.

• Lead McLean & Company webinars.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8-10 years of advancing HR experience.

• 3-5 years of experience leading an HR team or a specific HR function.

• Extensive subject matter knowledge across various HR domains.

• Demonstrated capability to establish and sustain trusted advisory relationships.

• Team-oriented, with excellent listening and critical thinking abilities.

• Self-motivated individual with robust project management skills.

• Strong business insight and awareness of organizational dynamics.
