📋 Description

• Design and direct both short-term and long-term initiatives to enhance the AI and Digital Modernization journey.

• Manage HR data architecture and governance, facilitating advanced analytics and promoting the execution of AI and digital transformation.

• Establish strategic collaborations throughout the organization and create cohesive data and technology roadmaps.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or comparable technical roles.

• Extensive knowledge of HR technology ecosystems, with practical experience in platforms like Workday, major ATS/TMS vendors, Talent Intelligence, LMS platforms, and HR analytics tools.

• Proven experience in designing data infrastructures that support AI/ML applications, including feature engineering, model input pipelines, and output activation.

• Strong understanding of data governance principles, including data quality management, metadata standards, and access control frameworks.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence without direct authority, fostering alignment among technical and business stakeholders in matrixed settings.

• Experience within the Federal or Government Contracting sector.
