This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
β’ Design and direct both short-term and long-term initiatives to enhance the AI and Digital Modernization journey.
β’ Manage HR data architecture and governance, facilitating advanced analytics and promoting the execution of AI and digital transformation.
β’ Establish strategic collaborations throughout the organization and create cohesive data and technology roadmaps.
β’ Over 10 years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or comparable technical roles.
β’ Extensive knowledge of HR technology ecosystems, with practical experience in platforms like Workday, major ATS/TMS vendors, Talent Intelligence, LMS platforms, and HR analytics tools.
β’ Proven experience in designing data infrastructures that support AI/ML applications, including feature engineering, model input pipelines, and output activation.
β’ Strong understanding of data governance principles, including data quality management, metadata standards, and access control frameworks.
β’ Demonstrated ability to lead and influence without direct authority, fostering alignment among technical and business stakeholders in matrixed settings.
β’ Experience within the Federal or Government Contracting sector.
