This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Addressing employee inquiries within the HR domain (including email and phone communication with the Client’s employees)
• Inputting data into the SAP HR system
• Tracking working hours
• Providing customer support
• Engaging in exciting HR-related projects
• Performing various personnel administration tasks
• Proficient in German and English (minimum B2 level)
• Experience in HR, customer service, or administration is a valuable asset
• Strong command of MS Office, particularly Excel
• Teamwork capabilities
• Effective communication skills
• Option to work remotely
