HR Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Act as the system administrator for the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.

β€’ Perform regular audits and produce both recurring and ad hoc reports, such as headcount, turnover, and onboarding timelines.

β€’ Collaborate with IT and vendors to resolve issues and enhance system capabilities.

β€’ Manage HRIS workflows, security roles, and system configurations.

β€’ Oversee the entire onboarding process, which includes offer documentation, preboarding communication, and Day 1 readiness.

β€’ Work together with IT, hiring managers, and payroll to provide a smooth new hire experience.

β€’ Handle offboarding workflows, conduct exit interviews, and ensure final documentation is completed.

β€’ Monitor onboarding and offboarding metrics to discover opportunities for improvement.

β€’ Process recruiting approvals and offer workflows in conjunction with HR Business Partners.

β€’ Maintain employee files in accordance with policy and legal standards.

β€’ Assist with benefits administration, employee relations, and performance management processes.

β€’ Serve as the primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries.

β€’ Identify and implement improvements to HR processes, systems, and workflows.

β€’ Advocate for automation initiatives within HRIS and ATS platforms.

β€’ Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 1–3 years of experience in HR or HR operations.

β€’ Proficient hands-on experience with HRIS, ATS, and performance management platforms.

β€’ Previous experience with HiBob, JazzHR, 15Five, or Paylocity is advantageous.

β€’ Strong proficiency in English.

β€’ Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

β€’ Exceptional communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.

β€’ Capability to handle confidential information with care and discretion.

β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

β€’ Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience is also acceptable.

β€’ Experience in supporting multi-state or complex employee populations is a plus.

β€’ Familiarity with HR analytics or reporting tools is a bonus.

β€’ Knowledge of labor laws and compliance practices is a bonus.

β€’ Experience with process documentation or continuous improvement methodologies is a bonus.

β€’ Background in high-growth or fast-paced environments is a bonus.

β€’ Availability between 8 AM and 5 PM Central Time.

β€’ Must be a full-time resident of Mexico.

β€’ Strong written and verbal proficiency in English.
