This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.
β’ Conducting verifications for STCW certificates, personal documents, and all other necessary paperwork for onboard work.
β’ Accurate and prompt data entry into our internal database.
β’ Daily maintenance of crew schedules.
β’ Regular communication with vessels and ship management.
β’ Coordinating crew changes to ensure the appropriate number of staff is present on board at all times.
β’ Overseeing performance management for onboard crew members.
β’ Managing crew contracts.
β’ Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
β’ Demonstrated organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to respond according to deadlines.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Strong decision-making skills.
β’ Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
β’ Prior operational or administrative experience is preferred but not essential.
