HR Controlling & Analytics Consultant, Data, People Analytics, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will assist our clients, either as an interim consultant for a limited duration or as a strategic advisor on specific projects.

• Your role will involve providing structure, clarity, and a novel perspective to their HR controlling processes.

• You will develop functional data structures and aid in the selection of appropriate tools.

• You will elevate personnel cost planning beyond a mere Excel task.

• The position is primarily remote, with occasional on-site visits to the client for onboarding or key meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in HR controlling or financial controlling.

• A strong passion for data is essential — you aim not just to report but to comprehend and influence it.

• Proficient in Excel, ideally with skills in Power Query.

• You possess solid Power BI skills or are eager to learn it thoroughly.

• You view AI in the HR context as an exciting opportunity rather than a threat and wish to engage with it actively.

• People Analytics is not just a trend for you, but a path you aspire to pursue.

• Familiarity with reporting in SAP, Workday, or P&I LOGA is a significant advantage.

• You are capable of working independently, communicating effectively, and are comfortable in a remote work environment.
