HR Consultant – Workday

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist in the comprehensive implementation of the Workday platform across HCM, Payroll, Financials, and Talent Management modules.

• Convert business needs into efficient configurations on the Workday platform.

• Recognize opportunities for platform enhancements and optimizations through ongoing improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with senior leadership and client stakeholders throughout transformation projects.

• Configure, implement, and enhance Workday platform solutions.

• Achieve HR and financial transformation results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical technical proficiency with Workday platform solutions.

• Proven experience in supporting Workday implementations across HCM, Payroll, Financials, and Talent Management modules.

• Strong capability to translate business requirements into effective Workday configurations.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, senior leaders, and client stakeholders.

• Experience in identifying potential platform enhancements and optimization opportunities.

• Eligibility for BPSS clearance and further vetting.

• Legal authorization to reside and work in the United Kingdom without the need for employer sponsorship.

• Availability to work under PAYE through an umbrella company exclusively.

• Successful completion of the Tech IV interview process.
