This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a reliable advisor to leaders, managers, and employees, ensuring that people strategies align with business objectives and contribute to organizational success.
• Collaborate closely with business leaders, their management teams, and People & Culture leadership to comprehend business priorities and devise talent strategies that yield results.
• Offer insights into organizational health, talent risks, workforce trends, and people-related opportunities through data-driven analysis and recommendations.
• Influence and support leaders during organizational growth, change initiatives, workforce planning, and strategies for team effectiveness.
• Exhibit strong business acumen by comprehending operational priorities, financial drivers, and organizational goals to provide practical HR solutions.
• Collaborate with managers to establish team structures, define roles, set performance expectations, and formulate talent strategies that meet business requirements.
• Assist leaders in attracting, hiring, onboarding, developing, and retaining high-caliber talent.
• Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and discussions on career advancement.
• Guide managers through performance management processes, goal setting, feedback conversations, and planning for employee development.
• Identify organizational trends and propose solutions to enhance engagement, productivity, retention, and team performance.
• Mentor leaders and managers on effective people leadership practices, including performance management, employee development, team engagement, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure accountability among managers for the consistent application of company policies, performance expectations, and responsibilities related to people management.
• Provide training and coaching on leadership effectiveness, interviewing and selection techniques, performance improvement planning, and employee development.
• Enhance managerial capabilities by equipping leaders with the tools, resources, and best practices necessary to lead and develop their teams successfully.
• Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers, addressing employee relations issues with professionalism, fairness, consistency, and sound judgment.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role supporting leaders and managers.
• Extensive experience in employee relations, talent management, organizational development, performance management, and leadership coaching.
• Proven track record of building trusted partnerships with leaders at all levels and influencing decision-making processes.
• Experience in supporting high-growth, fast-paced organizations through periods of change and scaling.
• Demonstrated ability to balance employee advocacy with business imperatives.
• Strong skills in project management, organization, and process improvement.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, consulting, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proficient in data analysis, identifying trends, and developing actionable recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Willingness to adapt to changes in the job description as required by the business and accept all other assigned duties.
