This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the onboarding procedures, internal marketing (employee communications), and engagement initiatives.
• Assist leadership in enhancing employee engagement, fostering company culture, and supporting development efforts.
• Manage task management systems, Conexa Saúde, HR records, and routine HR functions.
• Create and evaluate learning paths, engagement/climate metrics, and wellbeing programs.
• Oversee recruitment and selection processes, particularly for marketing and digital positions.
• Around 5 years of experience in HR (focusing on people rather than payroll/HR administration).
• Experience in fast-paced settings, ideally within agencies or marketing/digital firms.
• Mid-level (Pleno) profile, poised to advance to senior-level positions.
• Excellent communication skills, active listening, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Capacity to adapt and cultivate trusting relationships.
• Familiarity with environments that incorporate Artificial Intelligence into their strategy is advantageous.
