This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Serve as the key HR partner for Sales and Marketing leaders, acting as a trusted advisor on all matters related to personnel.
β’ Gain an in-depth understanding of the priorities, team dynamics, and challenges faced by each function.
β’ Collaborate closely with global HR and business teams to ensure alignment and consistency across various regions.
β’ Lead and facilitate essential HR processes, including performance evaluations, goal setting, mid-year reviews, compensation adjustments, and promotions.
β’ Work alongside Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Learning & Development to address business requirements and bridge capability gaps.
β’ Examine employee data such as attrition rates, engagement scores, and headcount trends to identify risks and guide leadership decisions.
β’ Assist leaders in cultivating high-performing teams; identify engagement gaps and implement action plans accordingly.
β’ Collaborate on organizational design and headcount planning discussions as teams grow or undergo restructuring.
β’ Oversee employee relations issues, including performance improvement plans, investigations, and requests for reasonable accommodations.
β’ Ensure adherence to applicable federal and state employment laws, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, and relevant state regulations.
β’ 3β6 years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 1-2 years in an HR Business Partner or similar role.
β’ Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
β’ Experience collaborating with Sales or Marketing teams is highly desirable.
β’ Familiarity with sales compensation or incentive plan design is an added benefit.
β’ Knowledge of Workday or a comparable Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
β’ Previous participation in compensation reviews, workforce planning, or organizational design discussions.
β’ Ability to quickly establish credibility with leaders through reliability, sound judgment, and straightforward communication.
β’ Skill in navigating ambiguous situations and balancing competing priorities without waiting for complete information.
β’ Comfortable interacting with individuals at all levels, from front-line managers to senior executives.
β’ Bring structure and practicality to challenges, identifying actionable solutions rather than just theoretical frameworks.
