This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.
β’ Collaborate with designated business units and department leaders to ensure HR strategies align with business goals, facilitating rapid growth and operational efficiency.
β’ Serve as a coach and advisor to leadership on all facets of talent management, organizational design, and team effectiveness.
β’ Spearhead workforce planning and change management initiatives specifically designed for healthcare technology operations.
β’ Offer data-informed guidance on workforce planning, talent strategies, and organizational design that can adapt alongside growth.
β’ Counsel leaders on organizational design, talent deployment, and role evolution as part of the offshoring strategy during the company's expansion.
β’ Develop and implement scalable talent management frameworks encompassing performance, succession, and retention.
β’ Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to facilitate high-volume hiring efforts and streamline onboarding processes.
β’ Oversee succession planning, performance management, and career development strategies to ensure alignment of resources with company growth.
β’ Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace through engagement strategies and open communication.
β’ Analyze employee engagement survey results and execute department-specific action plans.
β’ Drive organizational restructuring, clarify roles, and build capabilities to support growth, offshoring strategies, and the evolving business landscape.
β’ Work with managers to identify skills gaps in both technical and clinical roles.
β’ Advocate for a learning culture by endorsing relevant training and certification programs.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
β’ 5+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience in an organization with over 800 employees.
β’ 3+ years of experience in healthcare HR.
β’ SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is preferred.
β’ Proven experience in supporting organizational change, workforce transformation, or scaling initiatives.
β’ Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and organizational development.
β’ Experience with post-merger integration is highly preferred.
β’ Background in supporting workforce strategies that involve offshoring or global delivery models is preferred.
β’ Demonstrated strong judgment and adaptability in situations where policies, processes, or structures are still being established.
β’ Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Preference for candidates located in Louisiana.
β’ Intermediate or advanced knowledge and skills in Excel (e.g., PivotTable, VLOOKUP) are strongly preferred.
